Cromwell Hills Phase I

Cromwell Hills Phase I in Cromwell, CT has a lot to offer to residents.

Location: Cromwell Hills is conveniently geographically located in Central Connecticut.  Only a 2 hour drive to Boston and a 2 hour drive to New York City.  A 20 minute drive to Hartford, a 20 minute drive to Waterbury and a 30 minute drive to New Haven.

Recreation: There are 2 tennis courts and a large swimming pool for recreation activities.  A small pool is also available for the tiniest residents in Cromwell Hills. For every 6  to 7 units there is an acre of property.  There is a lot of open space and buildings are not stacked upon each other like many other condo complexes.

Clubhouse: A large clubhouse with tables/chairs, a dance floor, pool table and room for 150 guests is available for rent for unit owners.  It is a great place for a birthday party, anniversary party, graduation party or baby shower.

Management Office: An on site management office (9 Birch Court) that is staffed 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday is available to assist residents with questions and issues.

Long Term Planning: A long term 40 year capital plan is in place to keep future common fee increases in check while improving the infrastructure of the complex such as new vinyl siding, new sidewalks, and new road paving.  All while making sure the reserve account stays funded for future projects.

Fire Safety: Units are seperated by thick concrete and strong fire walls. In the unfortunate event of a unit catching on fire, that fire will be contained to that unit and not spread quickly to other neighboring units.

Postal Mail Delivery: Mail is delivered to your front door, not a central location like many other condo complexes.
