Meetings - Minutes & Recordings*

Meetings of the Board of Directors are held the third Tuesday of the month at 6:30pm, immediately following a brief executive session.  Meetings are held in the Club House Conference Room at 9 Birch Court, unless otherwise noted.  Meetings will be Zoom Broadcasted with an invitation link emailed to unit owners with an agenda, prior to the meeting.

Unit Owner Comments during the meeting are meant for general comments related to the association and are not meant to illicit a response, action, or vote.  Items for action, motion, or vote, may be added to the agenda by submitting requests to the Secretary by noon on Friday, preceding the Tuesday meeting.  Time permitting, items may be added to the agenda during the meeting at the discretion of the Chair.
